Silvia Carter

The first start-up I joined was in 2007, the French IoT pioneer Rafi Haladjan and his Nabaztag: I’ve been working, founding, mentoring many other startups ever since.

My entrepreneurial spirit and job inspire me to mentor in my core field: sales, international and domestic, for technical consumer products => I help startups to sell their innovation.
As mentor at OrangeFab and other accelerators in Europe, the assets I bring to startups are:

  • International B2B/B2B2C/B2C Sales: from the definition of the value proposition and business model, to the formulation and execution of sales strategy and business plans by country, channel, key account; from contracts analysis, to negotiation in multicultural environments; from credit risk management, to recruiting, training and managing sales teams.
  • International Growth Hacking: web marketing, localized SEO, SEA, SMO, analytics, marketplaces, etc. for effective multichannel international development.
  • International Network: having developed significant businesses with high-level CXO in several sectors and countries, my active direct network allows me to reach and be operational with major strategic accounts.
