We advise and support potential entrepreneurs as they go about starting up their own companies. We offer assistance from the initial planning stage and setting up infrastructure to the field of further education and sourcing of funds through our individual range of services.
Check
We offer so-called "opportunity checks" before the business gets underway. This management tool is used to assess whether a promising product idea has true business potential and to identify measures that can be taken to improve its potential.
Planning
We offer personal strategic advice sessions for aspiring entrepreneurs who have sound business concepts. This also includes creating business plans so the first years of the company's operations are planned thoroughly.
Implementation
We offer personal and individual support for our start-ups over a period of 18 months.
This includes:
• Advice & support regarding all aspects of the business plan and its implementation
• Complementary further education (INiTS Business Academy)
• Infrastructure (professional IT and office infrastructure)
• Establishing networks (contact to experts, markets, co-developers)
• Assistance in obtaining public funding (AWS, ZIT, FFG etc.)
• Support in financing (business angel, venture capital, strategic partners)
INiTS Funding
We also offer direct funding especially for the company start-up phase, e.g. for initial development, market studies, expert advice (e.g. lawyers, clinical trials etc.) and the application of patents during the initial phases of founding a company. Additionally we establish contacts to investors and support various forms of cooperations and networks.
Our Goal
The company founders leave INiTS as alumni once the consultation phase has finished. Integrated in a far-reaching network, with adequate financing and possibly the first paying customers, the entrepreneurs have everything they need to develop their businesses.
